The UAB Degree in Tourism is oriented both academically and professionally toward management in the tourism sector. It combines education in tourism business administration and management with participants' own multidisciplinary knowledge, with a focus on tourism planning in its widest sense.

The ECTS methodology involves continuous assessment in which students' work is assessed.
Practical work
Compulsory work placement in accordance with the syllabus, following a planned and monitored programme around the different business fields and those of the sector, both public or private and national or international (travel agencies, hotel chains, public institutions and business, consultancy, congresses, etc.).
A wide selection of work placements to be carried out in more than 630 companies and institutions, which provide collaboration agreements.

Exchange programmes
Exchange with other European universities: Algarve University (Portugal) and 28 other universities from the following countries: England, Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Holland, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Portugal, Poland and Bulgaria.

Programme to obtain a Bachelors Degree in European Tourism at Lincoln University (United Kingdom).
