Course outline The UAB Hotel Management Degree is academically-oriented and career centred. The aim is to educate course participants in the hotel management and catering fields by combining training in business administration, hospitality and hotel management with specific knowledge focused on the financial planning industry in a wider sense. A comprehensive education which provides students with the skills and competences to improve their personal training and its application to their professional activity. The basic goals are reflected in the following two training programmes:

Professional training
The Hotel Escola Campus Practical training is imparted through a modern teaching method at the Hotel Escola, located on the campus of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, enabling course participants to take part in the day-to-day running of such a complex business as hospitality under the supervision of a team of hospitality and catering professionals.
