Advanced Techniques for Amadeus (level I, advanced and personalized courses)

Presentation

As an educational institution, which is officially recognized by AMADEUS ESPAÑA , the University School of Tourism and Hotel Management at the UAB , organizes AMADEUS system training courses. This is the leading reservations programme in the travel agency and airline industry, which makes an updated working knowledge of it essential for those practitioners with an interest in developing professionally in any of these companies. The course aim is to learn how the programme works, acquiring the necessary knowledge to be able to make airline, hotel and car hire reservations through the AMADEUS system. Teaching is imparted in the virtual classroom of the Amadeus school, which is equipped with 26 computers and has real-time network connection with the distribution system.

Qualifications

Course particpants will receive an accredited certificate by the University School of Tourism and Hotel Management and AMADEUS.

Teaching staff

Courses are imparted by Sonia Garcia , lecturer at the the University School of Tourism and Hotel Management and a recognized and accredited professional by Amadeus Spain to impart training courses in this system.

Venue and schedule

Courses will be imparted in the virtual Amadeus classroom at the University School of Tourism and Hotel Management of the UAB, located in the Campus of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona at the following times:

Course fees

• 4-hour courses: 72,5 €

• 12-hour courses: 160 €

• 20-hour courses: 250 €

• Amadeus Level I + Level II: 490 €.

A 10% discount in enrolment fees will be given to EUTDH students.

Enrolment and payment

Fees should be settled 15 days before course commencement day.
