This work reviews the first ten years of teaching of the degree in Tourism at the University School of Tourism and Hotel Management . This review mentions the evolution of the different fields that make up this degree (courses, subjects, research, grants/scholarships, international exchanges, work placement, etc) and also other areas related with our School (management, administration, staff, event, etc). The work also includes articles written by outstanding figures of the EUTDH who offer a perspective about how quality in both teaching and in management of the School has developed and improved
