If you like sweets and desserts and you do not know how to bake anything else than yogurt sponge cake or you only buy industrial bakery produce compulsively, now it is your turn. You have the opportunity to learn how to bake desserts in order to make your life a bit sweeter.
‘Home baking' specialization course is intended for people who are especially devoted to sweets. Traditional, homemade baking and also modern baking, which consists of the adaptation of different traditional techniques to the newest trends, will be made.
1st session. Sponge cake varieties.
2nd session. Desserts made of sponge cake.
3th session. Creams, fillings and mousses

4th session. Petit-fours
.
Students will go into the delicate and succulent world of petit-fours. In the present restaurant industry, petit-fours are a delicious companion for coffee time. It has variety in its colour, texture and shape and it is very appreciated by the most discerning palates.

Registration
General conditions
Places are limited. Should the number of applicants exceed available places for each course, the EUTDH may decide to repeat the course at a later date or refund all paid course fees.
Should the course be undersubscribed, the School may cancel it and refund applicants' course fees.
The fee of this course can be paid online
with a credit card. You must register with all your personal details on the form at the end of this page.
Also fees could be settled at least one week in advance

. A receipt of payment should then be sent to the School in order to validate the enrolment. Places will be allocated strictly on receipt of proof of payment.
If cancellation is made two days prior to course commencement, the School will withhold 25% of the enrolment fee for administration expenses.
If cancellation is made once the course has begun, the School will withhold 50% of the enrolment fee in for administration expenses.
In the event of non-attendance, the School will not refund course fees.
