CLOSED REGISTRATION
 This course shows how to offer a gastronomic surprise at home with suitable dishes for each occasion and celebration. A course intended for people who like cooking or wish to extend their knowledge by offering a nice meal on particular occasions when they want to surprise their guests in an original way.
1st session. Menu for a romantic dinner.
1. Vegetable crudité salad, foie cream and beansprouts.
2. Creamy pumpkin risotto with ginger and spicy chicken brochette.
3. Larded monkfish with vegetables, acid apple cream and vanilla.
4. Chicken cylinder in textures and cream.
5. 3 chocolate fruit fondue.
Session to surprise your partner.
2nd session. Important guests. Two starters and two main dishes.
1. Taboulé with yogourt cream, fruit and vegetables.
2. Watermelon “Gazpacho” with king prawns, feta cheese and tapenade.
3. Curried salmon cylinders with vegetable and apple filling.
4. Brick pasta with duck confit.
5. Chocolate coulant with vanilla ice cream.
Session for work related dinners at home.
3rd session. A birthday celebration I.
1. Fast and tasty meat lasagna.
2. Very tasty and eye-catching roll with meat filling.
3. Cold and salty cake, cool and fast.
4. Inexpensive canapés.
a. Goat's cheese, tomato and anchovy jam.
b. Mexican cheese with walnuts and grapes.
c. Guacamole to share.
d. Vegetable fondue.
e. Tempuras, vegetables and king prawns.

4th session. A birthday celebration II.

5th session. Informal afternoon/night with friends.

General conditions
Places are limited. Should the number of applicants exceed available places for each course, the EUTDH may decide to repeat the course at a later date or refund all paid course fees.
Should the course be undersubscribed, the School may cancel it and refund applicants' course fees.
The fee of this course can be paid online
with a credit card. You must register with all your personal details on the form at the end of this page.
Also fees could be settled at least one week in advance

. A receipt of payment should then be sent to the School in order to validate the enrolment. Places will be allocated strictly on receipt of proof of payment.
If cancellation is made two days prior to course commencement, the School will withhold 25% of the enrolment fee for administration expenses.
If cancellation is made once the course has begun, the School will withhold 50% of the enrolment fee in for administration expenses.
In the event of non-attendance, the School will not refund course fees.
