This course is designed for those who think that good things are always expensive, who don't think you can do a lot with a little. The purpose of the course is to teach and foster good spending habits. How to shop, cook food, vary the food routine with fast, tasty and diverse dishes and also reduce the food expenses will be put into practice later.
This course is intended for those people who would like to reduce food expenses. Those who think that cooking is a waste of time, showing them that it is possible to cook healthy, balanced food with little preparation time and have fun both when preparing or eating it. In general, to all these people who are curious about cooking or those who think that it is a difficult task.
SYLLABUS:
The course is divided into several distinct phases:
- PHASE 1: First and second courses.
In this phase, first courses are made with salads, meat, fish, vegetables and pasta, all of which can be either a one dish meal or a starter depending on your needs.
- PHASE 2: Desserts and combination platters.
In this phase, varied desserts are made to break with the routine of yoghurt, custards or ready-made desserts that are such a feature of our daily food consumption but without leaving them out entirely.
We will also emphasize some combinations between first and second courses to make healthy combination platters that best meet our basic needs.

Places are limited. Should the number of applicants exceed available places for each course, the EUTDH may decide to repeat the course at a later date or refund all paid course fees.
Should the course be undersubscribed, the School may cancel it and refund applicants' course fees.
The fee of this course can be paid online

. A receipt of payment should then be sent to the School in order to validate the enrolment. Places will be allocated strictly on receipt of proof of payment.
If cancellation is made two days prior to course commencement, the School will withhold 25% of the enrolment fee for administration expenses.
If cancellation is made once the course has begun, the School will withhold 50% of the enrolment fee in for administration expenses.
In the event of non-attendance, the School will not refund course fees.
